I wrote this before sequestering myself away in a cabin on a mountaintop in North Carolina for a month of isolation. It was very Big Sur in that I had pure intentions of creativity and peace, but I ended up going crazy. But there was good and bad in it. A month is a long time to disappear. I wrote this on an island in the White River, and some angry geese almost drove me off into the river. These chords calmed them down and we shared the island in peace.
